The Boss MT-2 Metal Zone is a high-gain distortion pedal with a built-in 3-band EQ section. It features separate low, mid, and high EQ controls plus a mid-frequency selector, allowing precise tone shaping for metal and hard rock styles. The distortion circuit provides a wide range of gain from mild overdrive to saturated distortion, and the buffered bypass keeps signal integrity when the effect is off.The pedal runs on a standard 9V battery or external power supply and draws 20mA. Its compact enclosure measures 2.75 in wide by 4.92 in deep by 2.17 in tall, making it easy to fit on most pedalboards.Specifications
