The Jackson Audio ASABI combines an independent overdrive and distortion section in one enclosure. The overdrive side offers four clipping diode options and a three-band active EQ, while the distortion side uses a replaceable analog circuit board that can be swapped for different clipping styles without buying a new pedal. A Gain Cycle function lets you scroll through four preset gain levels on the fly by pressing both footswitches together, and MIDI control is available for preset changes and on/off switching. The stock distortion plug-in is a high-gain hard-clipping circuit based on the Marshall JCM800, and the overdrive can be used on its own or stacked in front for extra saturation. The pedal measures 2.68 in wide by 4.84 in deep by 2.72 in tall and draws 120 mA at 9 V DC center-negative. Specifications
