Xotic EP Booster - Excellent Condition

The Xotic EP Booster is a discrete FET preamp that emulates the preamp section of the Echoplex EP-3 tape echo. It delivers up to +20dB of clean boost with a wide, open frequency response and low output impedance. Internal DIP switches let you select between three boost levels and two EQ curves, including a bright setting that adds top-end sparkle. The pedal runs on 9-18VDC for increased headroom when needed. The compact enclosure houses a single gain knob and true bypass switching. At minimum gain it provides a subtle +3dB lift; max gain pushes the signal harder while retaining clarity. The circuit stays transparent enough to leave always on, or can be used as a solo boost in front of dirt pedals or into an ampGÇÖs front end.Specifications
