The Fulltone Custom Shop OCD-GE is a limited germanium diode version of the OCD overdrive. It adds two germanium diodes in the clipping section for a more dynamic, tube-like response with wider range and focused single notes compared to the standard silicon version. An internal switch lets you select true bypass or enhanced bypass, and there's the usual HP/LP voicing switch on the outside.Runs on 9-18V DC. Higher voltage gives more headroom and clarity. The germanium clipping is the main difference here, bringing it closer to some early OCD versions that used a single germanium diode.
