The Walpurgis Vol2 is a JFET-based overdrive that emulates the preamp section of a late 60s/early 70s Laney Supergroup. It runs on an internal 36V supply for added headroom and a more amp-like response. The circuit blends a Rangemaster-style treble booster into the Supergroup topology for added cut and saturation when pushing an amp or another pedal.Controls include Volume, Tone, and Gain. The pedal is designed for guitar or bass and responds dynamically to pick attack and guitar volume roll-off.Specifications
