This is the limited edition red version of the MXR SF01R Slash Octave Fuzz. It delivers three voices: a thick '70s shag fuzz, sub octave growl, and psychedelic octave up fuzz. You've got Volume, Tone, Fuzz, Sub Octave, and Octave Up controls, plus a Sub Into Fuzz push switch and a dedicated footswitch for the Octave Up. All analog circuitry gives it that warm, vintage edge.

Internal trim pots let you dial in gain and tone specifically for the Octave Up voice. True hardwire bypass keeps your signal clean when off. It's got the distressed hot-rod finish with Slash's Skully logo, built tough in a heavy-duty die-cast housing. Runs on 9V and draws just 17mA, works great on guitar or bass for low-end riffs or searing leads.

Super versatile for stacking those octave effects—run sub octave parallel or through the fuzz, blend in the octave up for chainsaw grind. No learning curve once you tweak it; responsive controls for everything from sludge to furious fuzz tones.
