Satellite Amplifiers Bass Eradicator

The Satellite Amplifiers Bass Eradicator is a tube preamp pedal built around a 12AX7 tube running at high plate voltages near 300V DC, stepped up from a standard 9V input. It delivers over 60dB of gain for tones from clean warmth to heavy overdrive, mimicking the response of a full amp preamp rather than a starved-plate design. Controls include Gain, Tone (a high-pass filter like on tube amps), and Output for level matching or boost.

It's housed in a durable all-steel enclosure with powder-coated finish and a ramped footswitch area for easy activation. True bypass keeps your signal clean when off. Bottom plate removes for tube swaps. Runs on 9V DC wall wart at minimum 500mA—no battery option.

This setup gives real tube sag and breakup, useful before a clean amp or in a pedalboard for authentic Satellite amp character without the full rig.
