The Electro-Harmonix Freeze Nano Sound Retainer captures and sustains any note or chord indefinitely with a momentary footswitch press. Release to sample again. It always passes your dry signal unaffected, so you can play over the frozen sound. Three modes via toggle switch: FAST for instant sustain and cutoff, SLOW for gradual fade-in and adjustable fade-out, and LATCH for toggling sustain on and off.Effect Level knob sets the volume of the sustained sound only. Status LED lights while the effect is active or fading. It's true bypass when off, with input impedance at 2.2 MOhm and output at 470 Ohm.
