The Samson S-Com Plus is a single rackspace stereo compressor/limiter with dual channels handling compression, expansion/gating, limiting, and de-essing. Each channel has variable threshold, ratio, attack (0.05 to 300 ms), and release (0.03 to 3 s) for the compressor, plus SKD for dynamic knee adjustment and AEG for auto envelope based on input. Expander/gate offers variable trigger threshold and fast/slow release options, while the de-esser has its own level control and meter. Peak limiter includes independent threshold with LED indicator.
Stereo link mode lets channel 1 control both for matched processing. External key inputs/outputs allow sidechain triggering, with front-panel key listen switch. Switchable +4 dBu/-10 dBV operating levels on rear panel. Meters include 12-segment LED for gain reduction (1 to 30 dB), input/output levels (-30 to +18 dB), plus dedicated LEDs for gate status and limiter peak.
Built for live sound, recording, or installs, it uses internal power supply via IEC inlet. True bypass via in/out switches per section.
