The Fulltone Full-Drive 2 Mosfet is an overdrive pedal with two footswitches: one for true bypass on/off, and another to engage a boost mode for extra gain and volume. It uses a JRC4558 chip for its core sound, delivering everything from light breakup to heavier distortion while keeping your guitar's natural tone intact. You can run it at 9V or 18V for different headroom and response, and it shines with both single coils and humbuckers, especially through a tube amp.
It has global volume and tone controls, an overdrive knob for the main channel, and a separate boost knob. A mini-switch lets you choose between Vintage mode with a mid peak or FM for flat mids, and another for Mosfet clipping which adds a chimey, open quality or Standard clipping. The boost can be set for clean volume increase or added dirt, making it versatile for rhythm to lead switches without losing dynamics.
