Sell us your pedals, and upgrade your life!
We’ve all been there: burdened by gadgets too valuable to discard but too time-consuming to sell, we find ourselves surrounded. We look around in near-despair, wishing the equipment we used to love would magically turn into the equipment we hope to love - or into a pile of extra cash. Or we avoid the music room altogether because it’s so cluttered that the cat takes refuge there when it’s time to go to the vet.If your excess includes guitar pedals, we make selling them easy.
We do the work, you get paid!
We know that busy musicians don't have time to research the market, take photographs, create online listings, respond to offers, pack up the items, and drop them off at the post office. So we make it easy. We'll purchase all your pedals in one convenient sale, letting you get back to making music or whatever else you would rather be doing.

Tell us about your gear
Use the form below to tell us about the pedal(s) you would like to sell. Be sure to include the brand and model of the pedal, and the condition. Is there Velcro on the back? Does it come with the original box and/or power supply? Please be as specific as possible, but don't worry. We'll follow up with any questions we have before making you an offer. We typically do not purchase pedals that are not in good working condition. No noisy pots, missing knobs, or missing functions. Cosmetic flaws are fine but will impact our purchase offer. We'll also consider rack-mountable gear and other easy-to-ship musical items. Please use the guidelines below to evaluate the condition of your items.
Condition | Description |
---|---|
Pristine | Has no marks, scratches, or modifications—looks and functions as if brand new. |
Excellent | Shows very light signs of use, such as minor surface wear, but is otherwise in excellent condition. |
Very Good | Despite noticeable cosmetic imperfections like scratches or small dings, performs flawlessly. |
Good | Works properly but has more significant cosmetic flaws such as dents, scuffs, cracks, or wear and tear from normal use. |

We will respond ASAP with an offer and guide you through the rest of the process if you decide to move forward.

About me
I operate SoundSwap from my home in Camp Hill, PA, which I share with my cat, Misty. Recently engaged, I've come to terms with the need to rid my home of excess belongings of all sorts, including decades' worth of accumulated guitars, pedals, amps, and other gear. While it was difficult to let go of some of these items, it felt good to know that they would end up in new homes where they would be appreciated and used to make music, rather than collecting dust.In the effort to reclaim my space, I learned how to appraise values, write descriptions, create listings, manage offers, and securely pack and ship musical items. I also came to appreciate the peace of mind that comes from an uncluttered living space. SoundSwap enables me to share these services and benefits with others. Thanks for visiting!
